Project-Engineer / Sr. Projects-Engineer Work Location : Bangalore
- Division/Department: Projects
- Reports to: HOD
- Job Type: Full-time
- Year of Exp: 3-5 Years’ experience in mechanical work at site.
- CTC: 3.5 to 4 LPA.
- Qualification: DIPLOMA / BE– Mechanical.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Site visits to assess required electrical and mechanical work at site (Quantity Survey).
- Understanding the layout drawings and modify the same as per proposed site work.
- Daily monitoring of site and submitting daily reports.
- Coordination with Customer’s team at site and avail necessary permissions & facilities.
- Finalizing labour contractors for electrical, mechanical, civil works etc.
- Explanation of work & coordination with Labor Contractor and sub-vendors.
- Receiving labour bills and processing contractor payments.
- Assess the materials requirements at site and raise indents.
- Coordinate with Stores and Purchase department for delivery of materials and get the acknowledgement from customer.
- Get measurement certifications with site QS Teams.
- To implement all necessary safety precautions at site.
- To take responsibility of safety and security of company’s materials at site.
- To return all company’s materials back to Stores after completion of work at site.
- Must have the ability to organize labour at site on short notice for works like Loading, Unloading etc.at site.
- To attend site meetings regularly.
- To coordinate with the customers Site Managers for work like arranging temporary power, certification etc.
- Creating B.O.M as per site condition and work order.
- Submitting documents and getting approval for W.O amendments.
- Will be responsible for maintain cleanliness and perfect housekeeping of all sites.
- Collect payment certificate from customers.
Required Skills :
- Earlier experience in D.G set installation will be preferred.
- Computer literacy, thorough knowledge of M.S office.
- Good people skills to manage both ends of work. i.e., customers and vendors.
- Must be a team player and be capable of working harmoniously with other department heads in the organisation.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Good documentation and drafting skills.

Business Development (Executive/Manager) Work Location : Bangalore and Mysore- Division/Department: M&M Division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Jointly work with Mahindra team and dealers in territory for promotion of Mahindra Powerol Brand.
- Generate the Sales from defined territory through dealer team ensure proper functioning of PSS at dealer end.
- Conduct activities for enquiry generation, & enquiry conversion.
- Prepare monthly business plan and ensure achieving the plan.
- Plan and integrate the total sales activities (enquiry generation, enquiry conversion etc.,) for the area under coverage.
- Identifies potential opportunities / needs in the area with existing and potential customers.
- Design promotion campaigns and supervise its execution within the company guidelines.
- Ensuring dealer manpower as per norms and providing training for them.
- To carry out competitor analysis of the area and to inform the company.
- Seamless co-ordination with dealer for funds and manage stocks at dealer level.
- Liaison with retail finance companies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors.
- Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
- Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
- Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Required Skills :
- Work experience in Sheet metal/Engineering industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
- SAP, Tally & accounts knowledge is must.

Sales Executive (Retail) – Basically filed sales Work Location : Bangalore- 6 No’s- Division/Department: M&M Division.

- Qualification: Degree in Engineering preferably Electrical / Mechanical.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Generate enquiry and collect market information.
- Visit potential customers for generating new business.
- Techno commercial negotiations with the Customer.
- Generate monthly MIS reports including sales, enquiries, lost order as desired by management and Mahindra.
- Co-ordinate with service dealer for any unresolved customer complaint and escalate if necessary to management/Mahindra team.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction in assigned territory.
Required Skills :
- Should have field sales experience.
- Must have two-wheeler.
- Willing to travel within territory (Day in and day out)
