Escon delivers turnkey diesel generator projects end to end, from supply of the set through installation, statutory approvals and commissioning. One contract, one project manager, one point of accountability, instead of coordinating a supplier, an electrical contractor, a fabricator and an acoustic vendor separately.
Our scope covers high side supply of gensets, acoustic enclosures and panels, and low side balance of plant including exhaust, fuel systems, earthing, cabling and acoustic room treatment. We also obtain CEIG approvals and coordinate pollution control board consents, so the installation is cleared to run on the day we hand it over.
We execute turnkey projects and acoustic enclosure work pan-India. As the authorised OEM for Mahindra Powerol in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, we supply and assemble diesel generator sets across those two states.

Exhaust Piping with Chimney Supporting Structure
Pipe erection, flexible bellows, residential silencer, insulation and cladding, on structures designed for wind loading and verified by STAAD analysis.
Synchronizing Panel
Matches voltage, frequency and phase across multiple sets so they share load in parallel, with auto sequencing and protection verification.
BMS Integration with Scada Panels
DG status, alarms and load data integrated into your building management and SCADA systems for centralised monitoring.
Bulk Storage Tank (HSD) with Fuel Piping
Tank installation, fuel piping and leak testing of the complete circuit before fuel is introduced.
Cabling & Bus Ducting
Cable trays, laying, glanding and termination, with megger testing of every run before energisation. Bus duct where the main run calls for it.
Fuel Line & Day Tank
Day tank installation and fuel line routing between bulk storage and the set, leak tested end to end.
Our Method
Every project runs on a documented procedure aligned to our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, certificate 249750-2017-AQ-IND-RvA issued by DNV, with a dedicated project manager and site supervisor regardless of scale. We survey the site before design, submit nine drawing sets for approval, and begin execution only once approved drawings are in hand. The project manager makes decisions on site and carries the project from order acceptance through commissioning to final handover.

We manufacture enclosures and fabricate structures in house, so site execution moves at our pace rather than a vendor's. Fewer external dependencies means fewer reasons for a date to slip.
Flexibility
Site conditions rarely match the drawing exactly. Our project managers hold the authority to resolve it on the spot, without a chain of approvals stopping work.

Escon introduced rounded-edge enclosure design to the Indian genset market and builds enclosures for any engine make from 10 kVA to 3000 kVA.
Quality
Work is executed to CEA regulations, CPCB norms and the relevant IS standards. Every project is handed over with earthing and megger test reports, CEIG documents and as-built drawings.
