The sound control standards set by the Central Pollution Control Board of India for Generators are one of the strictest in the world with 75 dB(A) being required at a distance of 1-mtr when the generator is set at a load of 75%.
We take pride in consistently surpassing industry noise regulations—achieving sound levels as low as 55 dB(A) with two 600 kVA generator sets. Collaborations with renowned industry experts have enabled breakthrough innovations, including the development of one of India’s first round-edged acoustic enclosures.
All our design and fabrication processes are executed in-house, supported by rigorous quality checks at every stage of manufacturing. We produce acoustic enclosures for generator sets ranging from 10 kVA to 3000 kVA, tailored to diverse operating conditions and compatible with any engine make. Integrated Enclosures
Our acoustic enclosures are fully customizable to generator manufacturer specifications, offering integrated designs with fuel systems, exhaust connections, base frames, and silencers. These bottom-lifting enclosures are ideal for OEMs, with generators fitted directly into the enclosure.
Drop-Down Enclosures
Drop Down Enclosures are five-sided, self-supporting acoustic structures assembled on site and capped onto the DG set. Their fully modular design makes them ideal for efficient site installation.
Containerized Enclosures
Container enclosures are top-lifting, fully welded units designed on ISO shipping container principles and supplied as a complete package with DG sets. Known for their durability and robustness, they are widely preferred by genset manufacturers and rental companie.

Acoustic Room Treatment
Escon uses the best sound reduction techniques which involve the installation of multiple generator sets or sets of higher ratings to treat the genset room itself. This is done using wall & ceiling panelling, providing parallel baffles for the inlet & outlet of air and also the general design of the room itself.
